The software agreement is between the Curie Bloch ('we' or 'us' ) and you ('customer'). We consider that subscription to our product is accepting our agreement by you (even 'you' accept means that you accept you behalf of your company/hospital/business organisation).

We have proprietary software for a simulator (educational tool) or Software as Medical Devices (Samd) as a subscription-based model or considered as pay-per-use software. The sales that occur between you and us mean that you accept all our sales agreements. The simulator (educational tool) and software as medical devices are pay-per-use software based on the renewal of a subscription. You can claim the subscription cost from your institution or hospital, education center and medical scan center. 

 

Once the sales have been initiated from your side as a simulator (educational tool) or Software as Medical Devices (SAMD) authorised, You will receive the invoice from us. We'll share the related information or documentation of all products and services with you related to the purchased software. Our licensed proprietary software, along with well-documentation. The passcode to log in to the software could be shared after the made of purchase is made. We provide the web-based software service shared in your browser from the Curie Bloch website based on subscription.

The service of the software delivery only after subscription is initiated by you. We could allow access to the continued use of the software only after the recurring payment is made by you. Software pricing is documented and provided as per the policy of subscription on either the simulator (education tool) or the software as a medical devices. An invoice for the software will be deliver after the payment is made at Razorpay. After the generation of the invoice, we could deliver or transfer or shipping the software and access to the pay-per-use software.

We may not assure that our simulator (education tool) or the software is a medical device as error-free or without any technical issues. We will not incur any additional payment for an update of the software. You should not try to modify any information about the software or resell the software.
