Cancel and Refund Policy

When purchasing a product customer will be required to provide valid information about payment through Stripe or Razorpay. Curie Bloch is currently integrated with the Stripe and Razorpay payment platforms.

Customer agrees to pay the subscription fee for our software product in advance, which would be considered the beginning payment for a 30-day usage period. Payment for the upcoming subscription period will be processed immediately once 30 days have over. The customer will be informed via notification to pay an amount for the next subsequent month to use our software.

​​Curie Bloch charges the fee before the end of the subscription period at the end of every month. Once the payment of the subscription is received, the period of usage will continue for the remaining month. The customer is required to follow this process without fail.

Customers want to connect their payment details to an automatic payment subscription for every monthly notification initiated to the customer for the automatic payment. User is ready to pay the subscription amount during the period, or if the user or customer is ready to withdraw the subscription, and at any time they cancel the automatic subscription details before the arrival of the next subscription period or time.

All payable amounts are non-cancelable and non-refundable; all taxes added depend on the country's law and regulations. Every tax detail will be added to the invoice. Non-cancellable is only applicable once the customer has crossed the stipulated subscription period.
